Unfortunately we don’t have accurate ETA for each product, but if you haven’t already, please head to the product page where you can subscribe to be notified when the product restocks. You will receive an email as soon as it’s back online and available to purchase.
We are able to set up a 21 day account for approved services. Please email he***@gr*********.au to start the set up which only takes 30 seconds.
Occasionally we offer free shipping on first orders, please sign up to our email list to receive our latest offer. If you order is going to be over $5000AUD then we are able to offer you a discount, please email he***@gr*********.au to speak with our customer service team.

We are committed to protecting our environment and therefore use recyclable boxes and/or reused packaging. Although your order may not always look ‘pretty’ it will always be packaged safely and sustainably. We use Biodegradable tape and recycled paper wherever possible.
If you require your order to be wrapped – or any boxes to be covered without pictures on them (aka presents) then please send us an email. We also have a Gift Wrapping option at checkout.
All orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days (with the exception of peak season and sale periods).
Shipping is daily. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment, however if you do not receive tracking then please email he***@gr*********.au
We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or for a special event/date due to postal delays.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns OR exchanges for change of mind, which is in line with Australian Consumer Affairs. We have previously been relaxed with this rule, but restrictions due to COVID-19 mean that we have had to tighten our policies. Please make purchases with conscious consideration.
We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days) by emailing us at he***@gr*********.au Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 14 days of purchase.
Please email he***@gr*********.au immediately so that we can update the shipping team. Unfortunately, we take no responsibility for lost packages if you have entered the incorrect details to our shipping information.
Tracking is automatically sent when your order ships, sometimes it ends up in your SPAM folder. If you have not received tracking within 7 days of placing your order then please email he***@gr*********.au with your order number.
We currently ship within Australia only. Please check back as we hope to offer worldwide shipping within the next few months.
Most orders are shipped within one box or on the same day from our Meadowbrook warehouse. The Pikler range however comes directly from the manufacturer in Melbourne as per the product description.
We will always label boxes with the total number, so that you know how many to expect.
Occasionally errors are made in our warehouse. If this happens to you please email he***@gr*********.au within 14 days of receiving your package. Include photos for a faster process.
