For World Wide shipping please email your wishlist and address, and we will respond with a shipping quote.

- Express Shipping – Flat Rate $22* (Excludes Bulky)
Shipping Times
We are committed to 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery and therefore opt for Sendle as our preferred delivery service.
Where Sendle is not available (PO.Box or Rural locations) we send via Australia Post tracked shipping.
You can request a specific postal service by leaving a note in your ‘order notes’ we will do our best to accommodate this.
All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (with the exception of peak season and sale -periods).
*Shipping is daily. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment, however if you do not receive tracking then please email he***@gr*********.au
We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or for a special event/date due to postal delays.
We are committed to protecting our environment and therefore use recyclable boxes and/or reused packaging. Although your order may not always look ‘pretty’ it will always be packaged safely and sustainably. We use Biodegradable tape and recycled paper wherever possible.
If you require your order to be wrapped – or any boxes to be covered without pictures on them (aka presents) then please send us an email. We also have a Gift Wrapping option at checkout.
*Bulky Goods
Items that are large in size such as Wobbel boards, furniture or kitchens cannot be express posted. Additionally larger parcels (anything over 30x30cm) heading to rural/ remote areas cannot be express posted. If you have selected express post on one of these items your item will be sent with a standard courier.
Pre Orders/ Back Order
Any order containing a Pre-Order or Backorder item will be shipped together once the last item arrives. If you would like your order sent in separate lots then shipping will need to be paid for multiple times. Although we try out best to give accurate pre-order dates, occasionally these can be incorrect. Please allow an extra 6 weeks from estimated pre-order dates. Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled unless faulty (please read our returns policy below).
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup from 4/13 Logandowns Drive, Meadowbrook QLD. Please place your order through the website and select ‘local pickup’ as your shipping selection. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know your order is ready for collection. Pickups are generally available Monday- Thursday from 9-2pm but a time will be negotiated with you so please await our message.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns OR exchanges for change of mind, which is in line with Australian Consumer Affairs. We have previously been relaxed with this rule, but restrictions due to COVID-19 mean that we have had to tighten our policies. Please make purchases with conscious consideration.
We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days) by emailing us at he***@gr*********.au Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 14 days of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within two to five days.

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.

All products are designed and sourced with children’s safety in mind. Please read all product descriptions and care instructions carefully to ensure you are purchasing and using each item for its intended purpose so as to not damage the product or more importantly, put your child’s safety at risk. We have done our best to make these terms clear in each description and cannot be held responsible should an item be misused or the information provided be ignored. If an item does specifically state its age suitability, then please consider 3 years +.
