Shipping Fees
Currently, we ship within Australia. For international shipping, please email your wishlist and address for a quote.
- Tracked Shipping: Flat Rate $9.90
- Express Shipping: Flat Rate $22 (excludes bulky items)
Shipping Times
Our commitment to 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery has led us to choose Sendle for deliveries. Where Sendle is unavailable (e.g., PO Box or rural locations), we use Australia Post tracked shipping. You may request a specific postal service in the “order notes,” and we will try to accommodate.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding peak and sale periods).
- Standard delivery within Australia: allow 2-14 business days, depending on location.
- Tracking notifications are sent upon shipment. If you don’t receive tracking, please contact us at he***@gr*********.au.
- Orders are shipped with ‘authority to leave’ automatically granted. If you require a signature, then please add this into your ‘order notes’.
Note: We cannot guarantee arrival dates due to potential postal delays.
Sustainable Packaging
We use recyclable and/or reused packaging, biodegradable tape, and recycled paper. For special gift wrapping or concealed packaging (without visible images) please email us.
Bulky Goods
Large items cannot be express shipped. Parcels over 30x30cm to rural/remote areas are also ineligible for express shipping. If express shipping is selected in error, we will default to a standard courier.
Pre-Orders & Back Orders
Orders containing pre-order or backorder items will ship together when all items are in stock. For separate shipping, additional charges will apply. Pre-order dates are estimates; orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in cases of faults.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from 2/11-13 Fletcher Road, Bethania QLD. After selecting “local pickup” at checkout, we’ll contact you within 48 business hours to arrange collection, typically available Monday-Saturday from 9am-2pm.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, in line with Australian Consumer Affairs. Please make purchases with care. This includes online orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
For faulty items, please contact us within 14 days at he***@gr*********.au. Faulty items include products received damaged or that break within 14 days, not due to wear and tear. We may request photos or the return of the product. If approved, we will replace or refund via the original payment method within 1-3 days.
Payment Options
We accept a range of payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store any payment details on our servers.
Currency & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars). Taxes are included in product pricing unless otherwise specified. Any additional charges (e.g., customs fees for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked, select an alternative product, receive a store credit or receive a full refund.
