If you are using a Plan Manager:
1. Go to the Checkout page
2. Choose ‘ON ACCOUNT’ as your payment method.
3. Email: he***@gr*********.au with your order number, the service participant name, NDIS number and your Plan Manager.
We will lodge a tax invoice with your Plan Manager to receive payment.
The Plan Manager is responsible for assessing whether the items are reasonable and appropriate for each unique NDIS plan. Once your purchases are approved and payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order.
