It’s a lovely little box which does magnify enough detail for it to be interesting and fun for my little one! It’s not as big as I thought it would be but that’s ok as it means my 2yo is able to hold on to it for the duration of our walks. Just be careful that the magnifying glass bit has a tendency to slip out if shaken or held the wrong way..bit of tape does the trick 😉

Smaller than I expected but actually perfect for little hands. Mr 4 uses it every day to “assess the dead bugs, leaves and debris” around the backyard. Easy to use and can even store their favourites in position. Very cute and educational.
