From beginning to end, Tender Leaf Toys believes that its production chain should be sustainable and transparent. Each year, we work with our incredible suppliers Mentari International in Indonesia to create all Tender Leaf Toys. There are hundreds of locals employed by the family-run factory, which emphasizes training, well-being, and respect. The toys we make, the meals we eat, the activities we participate in and the work we do together during our visits are all done together.
We protect Indonesia’s natural resources by using reclaimed rubberwood from the latex industry. For every reclaimed tree it uses, a new tree is planted, driving the cycle of regeneration forward.
