We are committed to 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery and therefore opt for Sendle as our delivery service. Where Sendle is not available (PO.Box or Rural) we send via Australia Post tracked shipping.
All orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days with shipping from Monday – Friday morning, with the exception of peak season and sale periods. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality. International orders may take 7-30 days, depending on your location. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment.
We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or for a special event/date due to postal delays.
We are committed to protecting our environment and therefore use recyclable boxes and/or reused packaging. Although your order may not always look ‘pretty’ it will always be packaged safely and sustainably. We use Biodegradable tape and recycled paper wherever possible.
Pre Orders/ Back Orders
Any order containing a Pre-Order or Backorder item will be shipped together once the last item arrives. If you would like your order sent in seperate lots then shipping will need to be paid for multiple times.
We are currently not offering a local pickup service, however we do host monthly open days. Keep your eyes on our social media accounts to be alerted of local open days.
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 14 days of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within two to five days.
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.
All products are designed and sourced with children’s safety in mind. Please read all product descriptions and care instructions carefully to ensure you are purchasing and using each item for its intended purpose so as to not damage the product or more importantly, put your child’s safety at risk.
