Homemade Gummy Lollie Hearts

Homemade Gummy Lollies without the guilt! A healthy snack for your sweet heart this Valentine’s Day.

– No added sugar
– Protein rich
– Whole Fruits
– Quick and simple
– Added extras can be hidden
– Healthy snack

What you’ll need:
– Silicone heart shaped mould (I found mine in Coles however many cheap shops or eBay have some)

– 3 tablespoons Grass Fed Gelatin Powder (health food shop or iherb)

– 1 cup of blended strawberries (or any other fruit)

– 1/2 cup of coconut water (or other liquid such as juice/tea/broth)

Optional: probiotic powder or other vitamins, macca, tumeric, cacao, beetroot, honey, greens powder (check heat sensitivity)

1. Add fruit, liquid and gelatin to a small saucepan

2. Stir over a low heat till mixture begins to thicken

3. Allow mixture to cool before adding any vitamins or probiotics

4. Use a spoon or syringe to transfer liquid to moulds

5. Allow to set in the fridge

6. Enjoy without the guilt!
